Testing & Checklists

Flex Med Clients are in need of quality nurses and therapists providing excellent care to their patients and Flex Med helps them do that.

In order to provide the Xceptional service that Flex Med is known for, all Flex Med nurses, CNAs and therapists complete thorough testing and comprehensive skills checklists.

After you have completed your testing and checklists, you will be given a password to complete the additional forms necessary for employment with Flex Med.

There is a Pharmacology Test Reference Guide under "Forms" in the nursing tab for you to print and use for testing.

Flex Med Testing requires a username and password.
